You may not agree with everyone. You may see things differently. You may even find yourself standing on opposite sides of an issue.

But remember: storms have an expiration date.

Don’t let the storm change who you are.
Don’t lose your character trying to prove your position.
And don’t forget that there is still life to live when the clouds clear.

Stand for what you believe, but remember the storm will pass.

Visionarios del Cambio es una experiencia interactiva de liderazgo y desarrollo personal diseñada para ayudar a las personas a crear una visión clara para cada área de sus vidas.

A lo largo del día, los participantes escucharán a expertos invitados que compartirán sabiduría práctica, experiencias personales y estrategias aplicables, enfocadas en siete áreas fundamentales de la vida:

* Iglesia/Comunidad
* Propósito
* Finanzas
* Salud
* Descanso

Cada sesión está diseñada para inspirar a los participantes mientras crean un tablero de visión que refleje el futuro que desean construir. ✨Today, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2026 Business Conference & Expo—and I’m truly grateful. ❤️

I walked away with so much more than information. I walked away with new connections, new perspectives, new relationships, and a deeper appreciation for what happens when a community comes together with purpose.

To be surrounded by Latino entrepreneurs, business leaders, innovators, community advocates, and changemakers who are creating opportunities and making an impact in so many different ways was truly inspiring.

There is something powerful about being in a room where people are not just talking about success—they are building, leading, creating jobs, opening doors, sharing resources, and creating pathways for the next generation.

Today reminded me that networking is more than exchanging business cards. It’s about exchanging vision.
It’s about asking, “How can we connect? How can we collaborate? How can we create something bigger together?”

I’m grateful for every conversation, every introduction, every lesson, and every person I had the opportunity to meet.

And I’m especially reminded that the work I’m doing through Visionaries of Change is part of something much bigger: empowering people to see their potential, develop their vision, build their skills, and turn that vision into action.

I’m leaving this experience encouraged, equipped, connected, and even more excited about what’s ahead. 🙏🏽✨

There is power in community.
There is power in connection.
And there is power in a vision backed by action.

Today was a beautiful session with Shavana as she walked us through good stewardship as women in the financial world. 💛

We talked about how our behaviors, habits, and systems can impact our financial lives—and how important it is to know our identity as Proverbs 31 women: women who build, steward, lead, and prepare with wisdom.

But what has made these weeks so special are the beautiful faces, stories, gifts, and businesses represented in this community. Hearing what each woman is building reminds us that community is about more than gathering—it’s about connecting, encouraging, learning, and growing together.

I can’t wait to see all of you, Visionaries of Change, on September 19th! ✨

The beauty of networking and building 👷🏾‍♂️👷🏽‍♀️👷🏼community is realizing how much we don’t know and how much we can learn from one another. 🤝🏽✨

Sometimes, the person standing right in front of you is the very connection to the resource, opportunity, answer, or relationship you’ve been praying for.

And when we intentionally support, refer, encourage, and celebrate one another, we help small businesses grow. 🌱

We are all connected. We are all part of a bigger picture.

My prayer is that we slow down, pay attention, build genuine relationships, and recognize the value in the people God places around us.

You never know who you’re connected to or who needs what you carry. 💛
