What an incredible experience at the Inspired to Thrive Conference 2026. From conversations surrounding mental health in ministry and organizational leadership to learning practical ways AI can support mission-driven work, this conference was truly rich with wisdom, growth, and purpose. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn how we as leaders, pastors, church workers, and communities can become healthier, more aware, and better equipped to serve others in changing times. Every session poured into vision, innovation, leadership, and the importance of caring for people well.
I truly appreciate opportunities like this that allow me to continue growing, learning, and gathering the tools necessary to give back to the community I serve. Special shoutout to my Community LINC Milwaukee family for the connection and to Michelle for the invite. So thankful for every room that stretches vision, builds community, and inspires purpose.

One part of the vision for this year was to network, grow, learn, and allow the pieces of the puzzle to come together. So grateful for opportunities like this and for every connection, lesson, and door that continues to align along the journey. ✨

It was a pleasure hosting another meeting to watch and support my friend, Tom Founder and CEO of Impact Ministries Evangelist, Preacher, Speaker, Teacher, and Blue Collar Prophet.
To witness the continuation of his obedient “yes” to the Lord has truly been an honor. I have personally seen the manifestation of prophetic words and the impact of the seeds he has sown across the world. Thank you for remaining obedient to your calling, for the orphanages you have helped fund and build in Honduras, and for the countless lives you continue to touch through ministry, faith, and service.
May God continue to enlarge your territory, strengthen your mission, and bless the work of your hands.
Never lose an opportunity to shout out your own businesses. Thank you, Kelly Kellz, for allowing your platform to help others grow there small businesses.

He’s waiting on you
Many people, when faced with the opportunity to confront their trauma, expect healing ❤️‍🩹 to happen overnight.
But healing doesn’t work like that.
Just like a child 👶🏽 whether raised in a healthy or unhealthy environment takes years to develop their identity through trial, error, and experience… we as adults must also give ourselves time to rebuild.
Healing is a journey.
To rebuild your identity, you have to allow yourself the space to try new ways of thinking, new behaviors, and even new versions of yourself without rushing the process.
Children develop their identity through mirrors.
Not physical mirrors,🪞but relational ones.
They learn who they are through the reflection of their parents, caregivers, and environment through what is spoken to them, how they are treated, and what is affirmed.
“This is who you are.”
But when someone experiences complex trauma, those mirrors are distorted.
They don’t reflect truth they reflect pain, rejection, confusion, or survival.
And when you’ve spent years looking at yourself through a distorted mirror, you begin to believe that distortion is your identity.
So when you finally encounter a clear mirror 🪞truth, healing, growth it doesn’t feel natural at first.
It feels unfamiliar.
Uncomfortable.
Even unbelievable.
Because clarity requires trust… and trust takes time to rebuild.
You have to learn to trust what you’re seeing.
Trust what you’re becoming.
Trust the new choices you’re making.
Healing is not about becoming someone new overnight.
It’s about growing out of survival and into alignment step by step.
From a child shaped by trauma responses…
to an adult who can trust their own voice, decisions, and identity.
So give yourself time.đź•‘
You’re not behind.
You’re rebuilding.
I want to sincerely thank Licy Guzman Claudio for inviting me to be part of Touch of Beauty an event hosted each year to bless women who have endured difficult journeys in life. This beautiful occasion serves as a reminder that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by the Lord.
It was truly an honor to participate in something so meaningful—an event that uplifts, encourages, and pours into women with compassion and purpose. Thank you,Licy, for your heart, your vision, and for allowing me to be part of such an impactful experience.
