🏆 Warriors Headed to State! 🏆

The Eastbrook Academy track & field team battled through a long, emotional day at the WIAA Horicon Sectional, and when it was over, the Warriors were sending athletes to La Crosse.

🔥 Benjamin Dean captured TWO sectional championships, winning the 100m (10.85) and 200m (21.93) to earn his spot at the WIAA State Championships.

🔥 The boys 4x200 relay team (Donotello Vang, Amos Dean, Jeremy Olusegun, and Benjamin Dean) also punched their ticket to State, qualifying through the WIAA Extra Qualifying Standard.

There were plenty of other standout performances throughout the day:
• Kate ran a huge 12.77 PR in the 100m finals.
• Amos battled through adversity all day, qualifying for hurdle finals and narrowly missing a State berth in the long jump.
• The boys 4x100 relay closed out a strong season with a season-best performance.

Sectionals brought the highs and lows that make this sport so special. There were personal bests, near misses, and unforgettable moments—but our athletes competed with grit, perseverance, and heart from start to finish.

Next stop: La Crosse. Let's go, Warriors! 💙💛

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Karina Wisth 🎓

Last but certainly not least, we’re excited to celebrate Karina as she heads to the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she will study Psychology. 💙

Karina has brought kindness, thoughtfulness, and joy to the Eastbrook community throughout her time here, and we’re excited to see how she continues to care for and understand others in this next chapter.

We’re excited to celebrate Arrianna as she heads to UW–Whitewater, where she will study Business and Entrepreneurship. 💙

Arrianna has brought determination, leadership, and ambition to the Eastbrook community, and we’re excited to see how she continues to pursue her goals and make an impact in this next chapter.

⚡️Lightning struck twice at the KML Varsity Invite — and so did the Warriors! 🌩️💙💛

Even with storms cutting the meet short, Eastbrook Academy delivered another huge night filled with PRs, school records, and all-time performances.

🔥 More standout moments:
• Brielle launched a MASSIVE 71’3” Discus PB — now #3 All-Time in EBA history
• Liam shattered the EBA Discus record with an incredible 98’7”
• The boys 4x200 relay stormed to a NEW EBA #1 All-Time mark
• Benjamin claimed another 100m victory (10.86)
• Kate blazed to a 13.15 PB in the 100m Finals
• Ethan moved to #3 All-Time in the 110m hurdles
• Gerard and Ryan both climbed into the EBA all-time lists in the throws
• Samuel and Rachel delivered huge 800m PRs

This team is finding its stride at the right time. Confidence is growing, momentum is building, and the Warriors are heading into conference competition ready to compete. ⚔️
