This French expression, which literally means "a breath of greenery," evokes the refreshing feeling of a getaway into a lush green space. Together, we’ll enjoy a revitalizing evening of friendship and French while supporting the Alliance Française de Milwaukee.

The Alliance Française will be showcasing the work of Donna Genzmer, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based fine art textile and mixed media artist. After a career as an educator and cartographer, she relishes reframing the stories she tells through mixed art mediums.

Shorewood Art Walk Tonight

Join the Shorewood BID as they team up with the Shorewood Public Art Committee for the inaugural Shorewood Art Walk on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 5:00 – 8:00pm.

Stroll along the business district and stop in your favorite local businesses as they come alive with creativity, showcasing local artists, hosting local performance artists, and celebrating the talent that enriches our community.
