Grandmaster Cho, Founder and Grandmaster of Cho’s Martial Arts, has a special teaching philosophy. He believes Martial Arts is important for personal growth and development affecting all areas of life. Ultimately, he emphasizes respect for oneself and others, the power to strengthen one's mind as well as body and to obtain the discipline to set and achieve one’s goals.

***TEACHING STYLES***
Jidokwan Taekwondo (Olympic Style) - Art of kicking and punching
Hapkido - Art of submission and ground work
Backsudo - Art of pressure points, joint locks,and take downs

***Kids Classes***
Teach your children confidence, discipline and give them the foundation needed to grow into the adults you want them to be.

***Adults Classes***
Improve your endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and lower your overall stress level. Adult and family classes are offered multiple times per week depending upon your skill level.

As summer comes to an end and a new school year begins, it’s the perfect time to reset, refocus, and set new goals. Whether it’s in school, at home/work, or on the mats, remember that achievements come from staying focused, working hard, and never giving up when things get difficult.

**Important TESTING Update**
The entrance/lobby area we always use is undergoing maintenance. Please park in the same parking lot and use the doors to the RIGHT next to the entrance we usually use (main school entrance)
