✨ 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙞𝙭 𝙭 𝙎𝙞𝙭 השישייה בשישי ✨

There was simply too much joy to fit into a typical Shabbat Six this week, so we're calling it a Shabbat 𝗦𝗶𝘅 𝘅 𝗦𝗶𝘅 as we celebrate the incredible 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘆𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and the spirit of our MJDS community. 💜

🎨 Students covered teachers in temporary tattoos and helped raise $1,100 for

🏃 Students participated in a variety of Field Day games filled with teamwork, laughter, and school spirit

🎶 Our community came together for an incredible all-school Shabbat sing

🫶 Students created heartfelt notes and assembled to be shared with patients at

🍭 Students enjoyed cotton candy and bounce houses throughout the day. A special thank you to for lending us the cotton candy machine and to for generously providing the bounce houses!

📦 Teachers battled it out in a hilarious pizza box knock out challenge that had the entire school cheering. Thank you for the boxes!

A heartfelt thank you to our families who volunteered throughout the day and helped make the Mackenzie Clyde Field Day such a tremendous success. Your time, energy, and support made all the difference.

Shabbat Shalom!

🎨🏛️ Yesterday, our 5th graders were pinned as the newest docents in the city! After three years of learning and exploring at the Milwaukee Art Museum, students selected a work of art to research, studied the artist and art movement behind it, wrote original creative pieces inspired by their artwork, and even created their own replicas. 👏

Their hard work culminated in sharing their knowledge and passion with family and guests at the museum. We are so proud of their dedication, curiosity, and creativity.

This special milestone celebrates their growing connection to prayer and Jewish learning. Thank you to the families who joined us for this meaningful experience and helped decorate the beautiful siddur covers. Your partnership helped make the day even more memorable.
