Construction and Design Summer Student, Jeremy, rising Senior at Brown Deer HS.

“Hi, my name is Jeremy. I was accepted into 15 different colleges, and they all want me to attend their schools. My goal is to go to college and become a software engineer while also working part-time in construction. I want to learn both technology and construction so I can have skills in both fields. For example, if someone needs help building a house and also needs cameras or other technology installed, I could do both jobs. That way, they wouldn’t have to wait several days or even weeks for someone else to come out and complete the other part of the job.

I believe having skills in both software engineering and construction will give me more opportunities and allow me to help people in more ways.”

CNA THRIVE Alumni Pictures July 6 - July 31, 2026 Summer Cohort

We want to recognize and celebrate our 14 THRIVE Alumni who successfully completed their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training from July 5 through July 31, attending classes and clinical training each day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Throughout this intensive program, they completed both the CNA classroom instruction and clinical skills training needed to prepare for the Wisconsin State CNA Knowledge and Skills Examinations.

We are incredibly proud of each participant for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to pursuing a career in healthcare. This accomplishment is an important milestone, and I know they will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

Congratulations to all 14 THRIVE Alumni! We are cheering you on as you take the next step toward becoming Certified Nursing Assistants. 🎉👏💙
