Jenny Schultz successfully defended her dissertation: The State of School Principals: A Quantitative Study on Principal Burnout during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She is joined by her chair Dr. Mette Baran, and committee members Dr. Michelle Miner and Dr. Joseph Moylan.

Angela M. Dresen defended her dissertation Is Age Just a Number? The Power of Mindset in Promoting Longevity and Sustaining Leadership Impact on Wednesday, April 5. Her committee included Dr. Eric J. Dimmitt (chair), Dr. Nancy Stanford-Blair, and Dr. Carroll Bronson. Congratulations, Angela!

Professor Tony Frontier was part of a panel on ‘AI and the Future of Education’ with ASCD Deputy Director Penny Reinhart, ASCD/ISTE CEO Richard Culatta, and Educational Leadership Editor Anthony Rebora in Denver earlier this week.

On March 27, 2023, Amy Fare successfully defended her dissertation titled, “Educator’s Perspectives of Students’ Emotions Through the Facilitation of Circles” Chair: Dr. Tony Frontier, Cardinal Stritch University. Committee Members: Dr. Nia Norris, UW School of Medicine & Public Health, and Dr. Deb Dosemagen, Mount Mary University.

On March 24, 2023, Jim Piatt successfully defended his dissertation titled, “Their World: Exclusion of AA Males from the Construction Industry…” Chair: Dr. Tony Frontier, Cardinal Stritch University. Committee Members: Dr. Xavier Cole, President Loyola University New Orleans, and Dr. Darnell Bradley.

Regina Chen successfully defended her dissertation titled, “PA Leaders’ Attifudes Regarding Accreditation Self-Assessment Processes: A Phenomenolical Analysis.” Chair: Dr. Carroll Bronson. Committee Members: Dr. Steven Weiland & Dr. Patrick Knott

On April 3, 2023, Joseph Ferrallo successfully defended his dissertation titled, “Empty Spaces: A Case Study for closing the support gap for Hispanic/Latino College Students.”

On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Michael Poradek successfully defended his dissertation, Constructing a Grounded Theory of the Process of Mission-based Leadership Development for Catholic Higher Education Professionals. On March 16, 2023 Amie Farley successfully defended her dissertation entitled "Career-based Learning and Engagement of High School Students".

On March 2, 2023 Brady Reinke successfully defended his dissertation entitled "A Latent Profile Analysis of K-5 Classroom Teachers' Epistemic Beliefs and Their Impact on Evidence-Based Decision Making Engagement.

On Wednesday, December 14th, Tracy Loken Weber successfully defended her dissertation entitled: From Adverse Childhood Experiences to General Education Development: A Qualitative Phenomenological Case Study of Women and Their Journey Through Adult Literacy and Educational Transformation.
