What’s that? It’s a bird! It’s a plane! NO, it’s a… drone?
The application and impact of drone technology on society and the law is a topic of growing interest. Drones are an intersecting concern for the environment, privacy, commerce, and law enforcement. The Environmental Law Society welcomes you to attend a panel discussion on the potential implications for industry, government, and the environment. Come and listen to Special Guest Speakers from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, law enforcement, and Marquette’s very own Aviation Law professor speak about the regulations surrounding drone usage and the potential applications for drones when it comes to the environment.
The panel will take place on Friday, April 8th at 12:15PM at the law school. Food and drinks will be provided. If you would like to attend, we ask that you RSVP to [email protected] by noon on Monday, March 28, 2016. Those who RSVP will be entered to win an Environmental Law Society “Go Green” Gift Bag, filled with various environmentally friendly eco-prizes!
