We’re excited to introduce a new Friday afternoon opportunity at the SFCC Family Activity Center! Join Lari for our Bilingual Spanish Family Social, a welcoming space created especially for Spanish-speaking families of children with special or support needs.

Last week, the circus came to St. Francis Children’s Center!

Our kiddos enjoyed a special carnival right here in our gym, complete with games, crafts, snacks, story time, and plenty of opportunities to play and laugh together.

The highlight of the day was a visit from Mr. Pedro the Clown, who brought even more smiles and silliness to the celebration!

From pinning the nose on the clown to crawling through tunnels, enjoying carnival treats, and creating their own colorful masterpieces, it was an afternoon filled with fun from start to finish.

Today was a very special day at St. Francis Children's Center as our children, families, and staff gathered to celebrate our beloved Ms. Therese on her retirement after an incredible 31 years of service to SFCC!

For more than three decades, Ms. Therese has helped generations of children learn, grow, and thrive. Her kindness, dedication, and love for our children and families have left a lasting mark on our Center and on the countless lives she has touched along the way.

To honor her legacy, we dedicated a tree on our grounds in her honor. Just as she has spent 31 years helping children put down roots, grow, and blossom, this tree will continue to grow alongside future generations of SFCC children.

Our staff even surprised her by forming "Therese's Retirement Squad" and wearing shirts created especially for the occasion!

Ms. Therese, thank you for the love, laughter, lessons, memories, and heart you have shared with our children, families, and team throughout your incredible career.

Please join us in wishing Ms. Therese a very happy and well-deserved retirement!
