The landmark Supreme Court case, Obergefell v. Hodges, 576 U.S. 644 (2015), has a yellow triangle as it's Shepard's signal. This indicates that at least one court has criticized this case or distinguished the Obergefell opinion.
Hint:Shepardize 576 U.S. 644
Look at the Shepard's Grid across the top of the Shepard's report and find U.S. Supreme Court across the bottom. If there is yellow in the column, the U.S. Supreme Court has at least one case criticizing or distinguishing Obergefell. The absence of any yellow in the column indicates that there is no cautionary case law in that jurisdiction.
Question: Has the United States Supreme Court criticized or distinguished this case?
