Yesterday, June 23, marked the 50th anniversary of the day that Title IX was signed into law, making high school athletics a reality for girls. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers signed a proclamation to recognize the day.
In the 2021-2022 school year, 431 Dashers participated in athletics. DSHA offers 15 sports, from basketball and field hockey, to rugby and track and field — more than any other high school in Wisconsin. The DSHA Athletics Department empowers and inspires student–athletes to use their God-given talents to the fullest in a strong, Catholic environment that promotes academics first, competitive success, teamwork, leadership, service, and sportsmanship.
Go Dashers! ❤💛
