When HISTORY needed an expert to talk about some of the world’s biggest underwater mysteries, they chose Ashley Lemke, UWM anthropology professor and underwater archaeology expert. Lemke shared her knowledge on “Mysteries Unearthed,” a new show hosted by actor Danny Trejo that explores some of the world’s most significant discoveries and the unusual ways they were found.

The event brings real patients to UWM, offering students a change to apply their work in the classroom to the real world. Students evaluate the patients' injuries and offer suggestions for therapy, just as a working professional would.
