I'm currently certified to teach Basic Pistol ($80), First Steps, & Home Firearm Safety (both $40). I am also certified to teach the Illinois ($80) permit classes, and I offer a Wisconsin-specific lecture ($40). For Illinois, if you don't already have 8h of prior training I will teach the NRA Basic Pistol class. (That's on top of the required 8h.) For the NRA & IL classes, we will need a range bec
ause they involve live fire. In the greater Milwaukee area, I have access to a range in Menomonee Falls, but can only take 2 guests at once. To teach class, I will come to you, at your location, at a mutually convenient time. Minimum of 5 people required to schedule a class for areas within 30 min drive of Milwaukee, 10 people for further out. Yes, I will teach a private class in certain circumstances, such as an abusive or threatening ex. Case by case basis, and all that. I would also love to work with Girl Scouts, whether on basic safety & civil rights issues or marksmanship skills too. And if you have a school group which would like a safety discussion, I'd be happy to meet with you for free. (We'd have to meet off school grounds, or the principal would have to give written permission for me to bring pistols on school grounds.)
