Applications are now available for our 2026/27 Teen Council!

Milwaukee Rep’s Teen Council is a free leadership program that equips and empowers teens to lead programs for other high school students while receiving dynamic theater arts and administrative training. Each year we accept 15-20 committed teens who are ready to activate their leadership skills, be mentored by industry professionals, and create relationships with like-minded peers.

In addition to planning a variety of student-driven events, Council members also have VIP access to select Milwaukee Rep events & activities, including free performances and workshops.

Fall classes are on sale now at Milwaukee Rep School of Theater! Adult participants can check out a range of courses including Basic Acting, Acting for the Camera, Contemporary Scene Study, Shakespeare and more. Youth participants can choose from Basic Acting, DIY Costume Construction and Makeup (just in time for Halloween!).

We're spreading JOY at Milwaukee Rep Arts Camp and are having a blast this week at Explorers: Session 2!

Our campers filling the building with laughter all day long, with a focus on the process over the product - and that process includes plenty of goofiness, spontaneous dance parties, telling jokes and more.

One of our favorite parts of Milwaukee Rep Arts Camp: Explorers is Showcase! Three times each session, campers have the opportunity to present any talent they would like — from dancing, to singing, to hula hooping and more!

All great performances start with a strong, compelling character. In this six-session course, teen actors (ages 13–18) will dive into monologue work and fun performance exercises to explore character goals, actions, movement and voice. Thanks to all who made our School of Theater's Inaugural Season a huge success! Since opening its doors in October, our courses and labs served over 350 adult and youth participants.

Professional Teaching Artists offered their expertise across a variety of subjects including acting for the stage and screen, Shakespeare, auditioning, playwriting, voiceover, costume design, and more!

Summer has officially launched at MKE Rep Arts Camp!

This week, our Herzfeld Foundation Education & Engagement Center has been transformed into a Galactic Frontier. Young space explorers have been hard at work filling the Martin Generator Hall with paper-mache asteroids, alien puppets, jetpacks and more.

Today, they will get to share it all — leading family and friends on a World Tour through the universe they built together through creativity and collaboration.
