We will be leading classes in Milwaukee again starting June 5th, as well as providing energy/bodywork sessions in Nuad Thai (Thai Yoga Bodywork), Luk Pra Khob (herbal compress) and Reiki. Come see how simple, traditional and joyful practices can change your mind, body, and perception on reality.

Asana class with emphasis on drishti, mudra and breath linked with asanas, which can feel relaxing and also challenging. Opening and Closing Mantra, Guided Pranayama and Seated Meditation at the beginning and end of practice. Restful Savasana to close practice. Adapted to ALL LEVELS.
