We saw so many PR’s from our crew. We have a very dedicated bunch, in & out of the weight room. It’s nice having such a close knit group to pursue with. The progression doesn’t stop here though.

We are hosting the Wisconsin Collegiate State meet Feb. 15th.. For now we celebrate, but it’s “back to the drawing board” next week. Keep the gainz rolling! @ Univ. of Wisconsin-Eau Claire McPhee Center

Oh yea.. MKE Powerlifting is back. Just getting into some early season training. So many new faces, but we are already are seeing a ton of dedication.

That face you make when you realize you are only ONE WEEK OUT!!! 🤤 Here is our first-year member competeting back in February. She now competes next week at the 2018 Collegiate Nationals in Texas! She has shown great dedication and improvement in such short time, we can't wait to see what she will do next 💪.
