💦☀️ Water Day Fun at Goodrich Elementary! ☀️💦

Yesterday, Mrs. Chiesa's and Mrs. Branch's classes celebrated the end of the school year with an exciting Water Day! 🎉🌊

Students had a blast cooling off in the sunshine while playing with sprinklers, water toys, and enjoying time with their friends. 💧🤩😎

Everyone came prepared in their swimsuits and was ready for a day full of laughter, smiles, and summer fun! 🩱🩳🌞

What a wonderful way to celebrate a fantastic school year and make lasting memories together!💙

🧗‍♂️🤝 Our 5th grade students had an amazing time participating in their Ropes and Challenges experience! Throughout the day, they worked together to build teamwork, communication, trust, and problem-solving skills while overcoming a variety of challenges. 💪✨

We are so proud of the way our students supported one another and demonstrated what it means to be a strong team! 🌟

A big THANK YOU to all of the staff members who joined our 5th graders and helped make the day run smoothly. Your support and encouragement made this experience possible! ❤️👏

We would also like to give a huge shout-out to Mrs. Schorse, our school social worker, for all of her hard work throughout the school year preparing students for this event. Your dedication to helping our students grow socially and emotionally helped set them up for success during this memorable experience. 🎉😊

Mrs. Mays’ and Ms. Michaelchuck’s classes took an exciting learning journey to Havenwoods State Forest today! 🌿🍃

Students explored the beauty of the outdoors while learning about local flowers 🌸🌻 and trees 🌳🍂 found in our area.

It was a wonderful day filled with discovery, hands-on learning, and appreciation for nature. 🌞💚 Thank you to everyone who helped make this educational adventure such a success! 😊🌱

☀️🎒 Goodrich Elementary Field Day is This Thursday! 🎒☀️

Families, get ready! Our annual Field Day is happening tomorrow Thursday, June 4th, and we are so excited for a day packed with fun, games, and sunshine! 🥳🏃‍♂️💨

To help make sure your student has the best day possible, please keep these important reminders in mind:

🧦 Bring Socks! We will have bounce houses, and kids must wear socks to jump in them.

☀️ Stay Hydrated: The weather is looking hot! Please send your child with a water bottle labeled with their name so they can stay cool and hydrated throughout the day.

🛍️ Pack a Paper/Plastic Bag: We are asking all kids to bring a bag with them to lunch.

We can't wait to celebrate a fantastic year together with a really fun day! Let's make it a great one, Goodrich! 🎉💙

Just a quick reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL this Friday, June 5th due to a Teacher Record Day. 🗓️❌

Enjoy the extra-long weekend with your kiddos! ☀️😎 Students will return to their normal schedules on Monday.
