The program is for anyone 12-18 years old. They do not have to know how to swim to enroll in the program. In fact, we are happy to teach them anything they want to know! For teens new to the sport, they will receive instruction on basic swim skills and safety with the goal of becoming comfortable in the water. For more advanced teens such as those with a swimming background, we will offer structured workouts to improve overall fitness and speed. And for those in the intermediate stage or in between skill levels, we will work on a bit of both to get them ready for competitive swimming or be more confident in their swimming abilities.
