I made a cake with Cara Cara oranges, Heirloom Navel oranges and Meyer lemons. The fruit comes straight from the farm. Better than grocery store fruit. The cake was delicious!!! I used a clementine cake recipe from cookbook author and substituted other citrus.

I got my batch of citrus from ! My goal is to cook more with this wonderful produce! I made grapefruit brûlée . I put maple sugar from on the grapefruit. I hit the fruit with my blowtorch. Maple sugar is more delicate than white sugar so I wasn’t successful in creating a crackly caramelized crust. It was delicious!
