Our Fin and Feather – Copper Tooling campers had a wonderful week exploring the art of metalworking with Ms. Gorecki! Inspired by nature, students transformed thin sheets of copper into beautifully textured works of art, using specialized tools to create raised and recessed designs. Students even used a blow torch to activate the colors in their metal creations! We were so impressed by their creativity and craftsmanship! Their one-of-a-kind pieces turned out beautifully!

Our new Intro to Volleyball camp was a huge success! Throughout the week, our athletes built confidence while learning the fundamentals of volleyball through engaging drills, games, and skill-building activities. We loved seeing our campers develop their coordination, teamwork, and love for the game!

Our Outdoor Survival Skills campers had an exciting week learning what it takes to thrive in the great outdoors! Guided by Mr. Flood, students practiced building shelters, using a compass, tying essential knots, and learning the fundamentals of outdoor survival. It was a great week of hands-on learning as our young adventurers built practical skills and confidence for all of their future outdoor adventures!

One of our final Summer Program excursions took students to Waukesha Skateland for an afternoon of classic roller skating at one of our favorite local destinations! A longtime Summer Program tradition, Skateland has been a beloved field trip for more than a decade! We are so glad our students had a wonderful time making the most of one of our favorite summer outings!

We're still reminiscing about all the exciting moments from our Week 6 Specialty Classes! In Minecraft: World Builder, aspiring game designers created interactive worlds, programmed characters, and brought their own game ideas to life. Innovative Instruments campers transformed everyday recycled materials into unique musical instruments while exploring music from around the world, while our young investigators in Crime Scene Academy used authentic forensic techniques to examine evidence, solve mock crime scenes, and put their critical thinking skills to the test. It was another fantastic week of hands-on learning, creativity, and fun!

Last week, our Summer Social and PM Playgroup students had an exciting week of field trips. Campers enjoyed excursions to Wirth Park, Malone Park, and American Family Field, where they cheered on the Brewers! We love seeing our students enjoy all that summer in Milwaukee has to offer!

Our Lower Elementary and Children's House students are making the most of the final weeks of our Summer Program! From hands-on learning to creative projects, we are so proud of all the exceptional work they have produced in our classrooms!

Our Summer Social, PM Playgroup, and Childcare students have been making the most of summer with exciting adventures both in and outside of our school! Recently, our Summer Social campers enjoyed excursions to Wiberg Pool, Discovery World, Altius Gymnastics, Adventure Rock, and Horeb Springs Pool, while our PM Playgroup had a magical time during a special visit from magician Glen Girard. We can't believe we're already heading into the final week of our Summer Program, and we're excited to make the most of our last week together!
