👋🏽❤️ MEET THE OWNER OF HUGS & TUGS FAMILY CHILDCARE! ❤️👋🏽

Hello! My name is Cleanna Johnson, and I am the proud owner and operator of Hugs & Tugs Family Childcare.

My journey in early childhood education is more than a career, it is a true passion. I earned my Associate Degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College, and I continue to expand my education, professional development, and hands-on experience to provide children with a high-quality learning environment.

As an experienced childcare provider and early childhood educator, I have had the opportunity to watch children grow from curious little learners into confident, independent children who are ready for their next educational journey.

I chose early childhood education because becoming a mother to my daughter showed me just how important the early years are in a child’s life. That experience inspired me to create a place where children feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to learn while still having the freedom to be children.

At Hugs & Tugs, we don’t believe learning has to mean sitting at a table all day. We learn through play, exploration, creativity, conversations, hands-on experiences, and meaningful relationships.

Every child who walks through my doors has their own personality, strengths, interests, and way of learning and I consider it a privilege to be part of each child’s journey.

This is more than childcare to me. We’re building foundations for the future, one child at a time. ❤️
