Hugs and Tugs Family Childcare

Today was an amazing day!

We had the pleasure of welcoming back one of my very first daycare babies for a special visit. It was such a full-circle moment to see how much she has grown and accomplished!

During her visit, she spoke with the children about positivity, self-love, and the importance of believing in themselves. She shared powerful affirmations and inspired our little learners with her journey and background story about how she earned the title of Miss Wisconsin in her pageant.

Thank you for taking the time to pour into our children and remind them that with confidence, determination, and self-love, anything is possible. We are so proud of you and grateful for the positive impact you made today! 👑✨💕 Skylar Jai

🌱 What an amazing learning experience we had today at Hugs & Tugs Family Childcare! 🌱

A huge thank you to The Melanin Urban Garden for coming out to our program and providing such a hands-on gardening experience for our children. Together, we cleaned out our storm garden and planted:

🥬 Collard Greens🎃 Sugar Pie Pumpkin🥔 Red Potatoes🥒 Zucchini🍅 Blueberry Tomatoes🍅 Celebrity Tomatoes🫑 Lunch Box Peppers🍉 Sugar Baby Watermelon

The children also helped identify and name each plant and planted flower seeds throughout our yard. This experience encouraged teamwork, responsibility, healthy eating habits, and a love for nature.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful opportunity for our children to learn and grow. We look forward to continuing our partnership and creating more memorable experiences together! 💚🌻

Today was our first session for our Music Monday! We are super excited to have this addition to our program!

Special Thank you to our parents and supporters of our Double Good fundraiser we are able to have this on site field trip this summer! 💕✨

Today we took our road test so we can get our Drivers License! Look how focused we are!! 🚘🛞

Effective June 1st, due to the high demand for summer enrollment, our summer cut-off time will be 8:30 AM. All children must arrive before 8:30 AM in order to receive care for the day.
