The 53206 initiative scholarship program has a lot of benefits and I’m truly thankful to be apart of it as well since 2020.

Everyone has a story – a history – that leads them to where they are today. For Ebony, WECA, the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Wisconsin Scholarship Program, and 53206 Initiative have played a vital role in her educational journey as dedicated early educator.

“The 53206 Initiative has opened up a new world to me – an educational journey that has taken me many places,” she said. “WECA and T.E.A.C.H. have walked with me through this journey and have helped me accomplish things that I didn’t know I could accomplish. I’m able to show my kids, no matter what age, you can go back to school – you can accomplish a lot of things.”
