Do you need to find your joy!
Once you find your joy you need to hold onto it!
When joy is habit, love is a reflex.
You start to be kinder to yourself.
We are care takers and we care for others all day and then go home and care for others even at night.
And we are so kind to others all the time and cheering others on. We need to give that kindness to ourselves.
So take that bubble bath.🫧🛀
Enjoy an evening out 💃

So I started asking myself, ✨ "How can I bring this same authentic relationship building into my online marketing?"✨
That question changed everything.
And that's when I found my business coach and is helping me to put it together everyday.
And now I am doing what I did everyday for my staff, teachers, families, and the children everyday 💕
So I started reinventing my business supporting Passionate Childcare Professionals

Who wants to go outside?
I do! I do!
Isn't that the response you get?
Isn't that what we wanted to do as kids?
I remembering as a child it wasn't a choice. But we had to go outside all day every day all summer long.
And we loved it ❤️
And as I became a babysitter as a teenager. Yes I went outside and played with my nieces and nephews.
My sister, The parent hated that her Kids loved it when I can over to babysit. Worse yet that they listened to me.
Yes I could get them to do chores, homework, and go to bed easily.
And all I did was play with them all day, she thought.
And yes I did. But I taught them along the way, interacting, expanding, questioning all the time.
I was a natural and didn't know it. I just always knew it was the right thing to do.
I even got into arguments with some teachers with learning through play because when I first started it went from play to preschool worksheets and coloring in the lines.
I thought that was Crazy. And one of my favorite singers,Harry Chapin had a song about coloring in the lines ( I will look it up later) And allowing the child to be his or her own person was the right way to be.
I know now than just learning I was relationship building, gaining trust, and they felt comfortable to learn and question along with me.
Going to trainings I recent years and reading research articles in the last couple of decades was enlightening and reinforcing what I was doing since a teenager with my own nieces and nephews.
Play based learning. The best way to learn as we know in early childhood.
And now there is research to prove it.
Like this article.
So as always question and be curious, because that is how we learn.
Take a read of the article and how play based learning is better in the long run for our children.
So what are you going to explore to do in your classroom?

A top researcher says it's time to rethink our entire approach to preschool
A long-term study of a statewide preschool program tracked students through the sixth grade and found those who attended prekindergarten falling behind.
