Up the hash tutorial -
When dodging from X, it is difficult to keep speed, maintain defensive pressure, and get a good shot off.
When taking a shot up the hash, think about getting the outside foot forward when you release the ball -‘d get your stick out in front of you.
*The shot does not need to be hard. Just needs to be on cage and into a good spot.

BIG NEWS!!! *Read Below*
* After the command of down, the official will stand over the face-off players and can adjust the players’ positions as needed.
* From there, the official will say “set” and will back out and whistle to start the face-off.
This will require the official to get out of the way before the faceoff starts.
• If a face-off player commits a violation, that player will not be allowed to participate in the next face-off. Also, the 30-second penalty for teams that commit three face-off violations in a half was eliminated.
