To kick off our "Action & Agility" theme for June, our scholars are diving into an incredible journey of physical development and mental grounding! 🏃‍♂️⚡🧘‍♂️

From mastering complex footwork patterns in the agility grid to practicing mindful grounding before we move, our scholars aren't just playing—they are learning how to think before doing. We are combining high-energy physical agility with essential mental health tools, teaching our scholars how to center their minds so they can safely control their bodies. We are taking this mind-and-body focus to the skies at the end of the month with an exciting community excursion to Sky Zone, where our scholars will put their balance, focus, and agility to the test! Seeing them connect internal mindfulness to active, real-world growth is what "The Royals DMC Way" is all about.👑💪

To conclude our May curriculum theme, Healthy Heroes, our scholars went on an incredible field trip to the Urban Ecology Center! The Urban Ecology Center’s mission is to connect people in cities to nature and each other, which perfectly aligns with what a Healthy Hero is all about—understanding how environmental health and community connections keep our bodies and minds strong! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️🌿🌎🐦‍⬛🎏

To wrap up our "Global Citizens" theme for April, our scholars took an incredible journey through the Milwaukee Public Museum today! 🏛️

From exploring the "Land of Zanj" in Eastern Africa to seeing the "Transformation Station" in action, our scholars didn't just look at exhibits—they explored history, science, and culture. We’re so proud of how our scholars showed curiosity and respect for every culture they encountered today. Seeing them connect what we learned in the classroom to these life-sized dioramas is what "The Royals DMC Way" is all about.👑💪
