Thank you so much MKE Tech for partnering with our school for week. Our scholars had so much fun!
We have about 25 homeless families at our school in need this holiday season. To support them, we’ve set up an Angel Tree with their wish lists. If you’d like to adopt one of these families and help make their season brighter, please contact our Parent Coordinator, Rubie Mizell at 414-267-8867.
We’re also hosting a Warm Wishes Blanket Drive to collect new or gently used blankets. These will be distributed to local shelters, foster homes, and nursing homes to provide warmth and comfort to those in need. If you are unable to adopt at this time, please share. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
Please support our Winter Coat Drive!!
Hey Kids! Congratulations! Your responsible behavior is outstanding! No phone calls! No leaving class without permission! No cell phone violations! You've earned a game day!
Thanksgiving Dinner was a huge success! A heartfelt thank you to Twin's Catering Services, LLC, for preparing and serving such amazing food. Your hard work and dedication mean more to us than words can express! Our scholars and staff absolutely loved it.
A special thanks to Bianca Shaw and her colleagues for sponsoring this incredible meal—your support made all the difference. We’d also like to thank Greens and Things for generously donating two pans of dressing to contribute to our celebration.
Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at RMSA! 🦃🍽️
This week, we hosted our Family Literacy Night, and it was such a joy! Thank you to all the families who joined us. We played games, made crafts, enjoyed food, and shared lots of love and laughter. Families received free books, participated in raffles, and created beautiful memories together.
It was a safe and welcoming space where families could relax, connect, and enjoy quality time with their children. Seeing parents laugh, compete in games, and bond with their kids was truly heartwarming.
We can’t wait to see everyone again at our next family event in December!
We had the honor of hosting author, poet, educator, and speaker Kwabena Antoine Nixon for a Black Boy Empowerment session. It was a powerful, beautiful, and inspiring experience. The young men opened up, shared their thoughts, and gained valuable insight. We are committed to continuing to uplift our young men and providing them with the resources they need to thrive.
