Just wrapped up the Modernized Police Training: Elite Coaching Methods with two-day course . We took a deep dive beyond what to coach and focused on HOW to coach in order to maximize training time and develop adaptable problem-solvers. Big thanks to Rob for making the trip from Arizona. His willingness to help law enforcement progress means a lot and will undoubtedly have a positive impact. Hands down, the best coaching course I’ve had. A special thanks to everyone who attended, always a pleasure to spend time with others committed to staying at the forefront of training.

Instructor Development Day was a blast!

Instructors from across the state came together...not just to sharpen their own skills, but to improve how they train others.

We launched in Wisconsin in 2020, and since then it has rapidly grown across the state, even influencing statewide training.

Curriculum is fairly easy to find these days.
What’s not easy to replicate is a true statewide network of instructors committed to pushing each other and training methods forward. It didn’t happen overnight. But we are lucky to have built just that in Wisconsin.
