Michael walked into the Recurring Revenue Lab with zero clients and zero recurring income.

He'd tried other programs before. He was skeptical in the way you get skeptical after you've bought something that didn't work. Not closed off, just careful.

He started with GHL. Built his first sub-account client, then a second one. Then added the adspend service match on top so he had two separate income streams feeding at the same time.

He's now at $450 a month that keeps showing up whether he works that particular day or not.

$450 a month isn't the goal. It's the proof. It's the number that shows the model works, and once you know the model works, you build on it. Another client. Another stream. Another layer.

The people who quit before they hit their first $450 never find out what happens next.

Michael didn't quit.

If you want to see what he did step by step, that's exactly what we break down inside the lab: https://skool.com/affiliate/plans

There's a very specific moment when the recurring income model clicks.

It's not when you make your first sale. It's the morning you check your account before you've done anything that day, and money is already there from something you built last month.

That moment hit me somewhere around month 3 of building GHL clients consistently. Opened my banking app out of habit, and saw a deposit I hadn't worked for that morning. Hadn't posted for. Hadn't chased anyone for.

It sounds small. It doesn't feel small.

Because the next thought after that one is: if I add one more stream, this happens twice as often. And the thought after that is: what if I had five streams doing this.

That's the mindset shift. Not motivation. Not a new morning routine. Just seeing the math work in real time on a Tuesday morning before you've opened your laptop.

That's what I'm trying to give the people inside the Recurring Revenue Lab. Not information. The actual experience of the model working.

Something shifted in how I run this business recently, and I want to be direct about what it is because I think most people are talking about AI in completely the wrong way.

Everyone's talking about AI writing their content, which is fine. But the conversation that actually matters is what happens when AI can take actions inside your business systems, not just generate text for you to copy and paste somewhere.

Right now, inside a properly connected GHL account, an AI can pull your most recent contacts, identify which ones haven't been followed up with, draft a message, and send it. It can check what's performing on your social channels, write a post based on a real member win, and publish it to your page, all from a single conversation.

No clicking through five menus. No logging into three dashboards. No "I'll get to that follow-up later" that turns into never.

The members inside the Recurring Revenue Lab are learning how to build on this stack now, before most people have figured out that this is even possible.

GHL gives you the infrastructure. Facebook Ads gives you the traffic. Skool gives you the community. AI connects the actions.

When Michael first joined the Recurring Revenue Lab, he had the same question most people walk in with.

Not "is this real" exactly, more like "okay but how does someone like me actually get there from here."

He started working through the GHL training, got his first sub-account client, then a second one, then added the adspend service match model on top of that so he had two separate recurring streams feeding into each other.

Now he's at $450 a month in recurring income from GHL clients and commissions alone.

Not from a product launch. Not from a viral post. Not from any single moment that everything clicked. From building one client relationship, then another, then layering a second income model on top of the first, exactly the way the lab is designed to work.

The thing about $450 a month is that it doesn't sound like the number that changes your life. But it's the number that proves the model works. And once you know the model works, you build on it.

That's what the lab is for: https://skool.com/affiliate/plans

Your parents told you to save. Work hard, put money in a 401k, and you'll be fine.

They weren't lying to you. But the rules changed in 1971 and nobody told them.

When Nixon ended the gold standard, wages stopped tracking productivity. The median home went from $25,000 to $420,000. The dollar lost over 96% of its purchasing power. The retirement system was built for a world that no longer exists.

If you're anywhere near 50, you've lived through the worst of it without knowing what you were living through. You worked hard. You saved. And somehow the number still doesn't feel like it's going to be enough.

The people building recurring income streams right now are doing it because they watched what happened to their parents and they're not willing to repeat it.

$450 a month in recurring income is $5,400 a year. That's not retirement. But it's a brick in the wall. You add another stream, then another, and the math starts working for you instead of against you.

In 2011 I had cancer.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was young. I went through treatment. I came out the other side with a very specific relationship to time that I have never been able to shake.

When you face something like that, you stop being willing to waste your life sitting in an office trading hours for someone else's ceiling.

After cancer I went to engineering school, got a job at Yaskawa, worked hard, did everything right. And then watched a new hire walk in and get paid more than me for doing the same work. That was the moment I decided I was done.

I spent years in the one-time sale world after that. Six-figure days that felt incredible. Zero-dollar months that felt like the floor falling out.

The day I understood that recurring revenue compounds while one-time sales evaporate was the day everything changed.

I built the Recurring Revenue Lab because I genuinely believe that consistent income you can count on every month is the foundation of actual freedom. Not hustle. Not the next launch. Not hoping this month is better than last month.

A stack that keeps paying while you're coaching your kid's soccer team. While you're traveling. While you're just living your life.

That's what I'm building. That's what I'm teaching.

Let's talk about math for a second, because the math here is genuinely exciting.

Marie runs the Bakery School on Skool. She helps bakery owners scale their businesses. We ran a Facebook Ads campaign targeting bakery owners across Australia, Canada, Germany, France, the UK, and the US.

$5 a day in ad spend.

$4.91 per new Skool community member.

24 new members in 30 days.

Facebook is now responsible for 52% of all her member sign-ups and 57% of her about page traffic. Her click-through rate came in at 13%, which in the ad world is what you'd call very, very good.

Five dollars a day. That's a cup of coffee and a muffin. That's what it cost to add 24 members to a paid community in a single month.

The benchmark we shoot for is $3 to $8 per member. Under $8 means you're getting a high-quality lead who actually wants what you're selling. Marie came in at $4.91.

If you're building a Skool community and wondering how to grow it without just hoping people show up, this is what predictable growth looks like.

$97 a month. Per client. After Year 1.

That client doesn't need you to do anything new to earn it. The software is running. The pipelines are working. The automations are live. You set it up once, and they pay you every single month.

Most people in the affiliate world are chasing the next sale. The next launch. The next piece of content that might go viral. GHL clients sit in the background and pay you whether you post that day or not.

Inside the Recurring Revenue Lab, GHL is included in your Premium membership for the entire first year. That's 12 months of white-label software to build your first sub-accounts, test the model, and have real clients before you ever pay a separate software bill.

By the time Year 2 starts, the clients you built in Year 1 are covering your costs.

That's the model. Come see it: https://skool.com/affiliate/plans

Gary spent 25 years in police training.

He knew more about his subject than most people will ever know about anything. He had the expertise, the credibility, the stories, the hard-won knowledge that takes decades to accumulate.

What he didn't have was a system to turn that into recurring income.

He joined the Recurring Revenue Lab, built his Skool community around police training, connected Facebook Ads to grow it consistently, and now gets a steady stream of new members coming in every month, paying to be part of a community built around something he already knew cold.

Here's the thing most people miss. You don't need a new skill to build a recurring income stream. You need a system to monetize the one you already have.

Whatever you know, whatever you've spent years doing, there are people who want to learn it from someone who's actually done it.

Gary knew that. Now he gets paid for it. Every month.

There's a very specific kind of pain that nobody in the online business world talks about honestly.

It's not the month you make nothing. The $0 month is bad, but at least you know where you stand.

It's the month after a really good month.

You just had your best month ever. New high. You're feeling good. And then it's the first of the month again, and the scoreboard resets to zero, and you have to go out and rebuild everything you just built, from scratch, all over again.

That's the one-time sale model in its purest form. You win, and then you start losing again immediately.

The reason I built the Recurring Revenue Lab around stacked recurring streams is because I lived in that cycle long enough to know that one great month is not a business. It's a moment.

A business shows up in your account every month, whether you had a great week or spent three days on the couch binge-watching something you refuse to admit you enjoyed.
