Could you help this kind woman track down the owner of this class ring? She believes it is a Wauwatosa West High School ring from the '70 or '74 and that the initials on the inside were "MS". See the message below:

Hello! My name is Tina Britton. I live near Dieterich, IL. I have a class ring that was found near here over 20 years ago. It was tucked away in a safe place until yesterday. I believe it may belong to a 1970 or 1974 graduate of your high school. Could someone help me with this? I would love to send it back to its owner! Congratulations to Ryley Schleif, a senior at Wauwatosa West High School, on being named a 2018 Evans Scholar!

The Chick Evans Scholarship for Caddies is a full, four-year college scholarship for golf caddies.

Recipients are nominated by the sponsoring country club where they caddied. Applicants are evaluated on criteria including their caddie record, excellent academics, and outstanding character.

Since 1930, more than 10,000 young men and women have been awarded Evans scholarships to some of the nation’s top universities. Ryley will be attending UW-Madison in the fall.

Attention West Class of 1977 - Your 40-year reunion is calling your name! Below is info shared from the reunion organizers. Please share to get the word out!

Our 40-Year Reunion is Sept 9 and we look forward to a spectacular evening! We hope you will come to renew friendships and share memories. Sept 8 is the Wauwatosa West vs Wauwatosa East Football Game, we have a tour of Wauwatosa West scheduled for 10 am on Saturday the 9th and TosaFest is Friday – Saturday, so come make it a fun-filled weekend! We currently have over 100 confirmed RSVP’s. We feel sure this will be our best reunion ever, but it will not be the same if you are not there! We look forward to seeing you!

Come enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, cash bar, socializing and 70’s music! Although we have tried our best to reach all our fellow classmates, we have been unable to contact many. Wall of Recognition
The Wauwatosa West High School Wall of Recognition was formed for the purpose of providing our current students and community with the vision of the outstanding legacies of Wauwatosa West High School. It is hoped that these people will provide role models for our current students and offer us a chance to celebrate the successes of those who have graduated from our school.
The original Wall of Recognition selection committee established criteria to ensure recognition of a broad cross section of achievers. Five categories were established as criteria for selecting inductee’s for the Wall of Recognition:
• Professional
• Entertainment
• Science/Technology
• Community Service
• Entrepreneur/Industrial
The above categories were listed to serve as general guidelines in the selection process. It is not mandatory that candidates for induction represent each of the above categories. The categories are meant to ensure that those selected come from a broad cross-section of achievers. We are attempting to honor individuals who have made a difference, people who have succeeded, and people who have given unselfishly to make the world a better place. If a candidate is not selected in the year in which they are nominated, it is not necessary to resubmit another application. All nominees are reviewed each year.
On behalf of Wauwatosa West High School, we thank you for your interest in our Wall of Recognition.
