Today our HOSA chapter had the privilege of hosting Registered Dietitian Karen Woodland. She explained all of the different fields dietitians can specialize in, as well as pros and cons of the job. Woodland was very kind, had amazing information, and answered everyone's questions. Thank you again Karen!

Occupational Therapist, Alita Dorn, gave our group a fabulous inside look of what it truly means to be a OT! We learned about skills needed, schooling, job outlook, salary, and different settings an OT might work, including: hospital, outpatient, and schools. Not only did Mrs. Dorn have a wonderful presentation, but she also showed us how some of the equipment works. Everyone enjoyed participating as well as learning. Thank you again, Alita Dorn!!

Fall Leadership Conference 2018 (10/31/18). Wonderful student leaders accompanied by fabulous advisors, Mrs. Stieve (left) and Mrs. Roherty (right). (left to right) Katie Trimble, Jordan Dutcher, Lauren Pierce, and Jorden Ludenking-McLean had a blast learning more about HOSA and what type of leaders they are.
