ANNUAL SUMMER ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE – DAY 2 ☀️🌱

Day 2 of our Annual Summer Administrative Conference was another incredible success, hosted at the Santa Rosa Center for Innovation! Building on our theme of “New Beginnings & Growing,” the momentum continued as our leaders deepened their learning, strengthened connections, and focused on the work ahead. 🎉

A huge thank you to our dedicated Office of Professional Learning and the Workforce Development Office for planning and facilitating another outstanding day of meaningful learning and collaboration. Administrators practiced a teaming activity and participated in informative sessions with their grade level directors, where they received important information to prepare for the year and engaged in meaningful discussions—because collaboration is key! 🏆

We were honored to hear from keynote speaker Charles Fonbuena, whose decades of leadership experience with FranklinCovey have impacted leaders across industries throughout the U.S. and Canada. His message emphasized the importance of thinking differently to solve today’s challenges, living by timeless principles, and building systems that empower people to achieve lasting success—delivered with authenticity, wisdom, and humor.

A heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors—Bluum, ClearTouch, ESS Substitutes, Florida Association of School Administrators, FranklinCovey, hand2mind, Howard, Jostens, Kiddom, MagicSchool, and The Bridge—for your continued support in making this event possible.
