EPS CEO, James Reseburg, was contracted in 2009 to serve as the content matter expert for the development of the FEMA L363 Multi- Hazard Planning for Higher Education course. This FEMA course is in extremely high demand by colleges and universities everywhere and constantly has a very long waiting list. EPS taught both L363 pilot courses at Mount Saint Mary’s University and University of California – Davis. We have also participated in each annual review of the program, and teach several courses for FEMA each year.
