Kylie is a dynamic plug and play player for us. Her talent spans the field and easily slides into any role we need her for. She's a lock down defender but also fierce on the offensive end and scrappy in the circle. Her smile on and off the field is contagious and she exudes energy in tight games with her huddle and drive when her teammates need it. We will miss her but can't wait to see her put everything she has into her next four at !! •9'
What is your best memory of MGLax over the years? The best memory for me was definitely the DC trips each year! ! loved hanging out with my teammates and playing such strong competition! (and of course the electric scooters)
What is your favorite tradition? My favorite tradition is going to Kylie's before each game to get my hair braided!
What will you miss the most about playing at MGLax? I'II definitely miss my teammates the most! They made every day so much fun, and I always looked forward to seeing them and playing together. It's something really special that I'll never forget!

this week on !! A fierce attacker, she often finds the cage off a sneaky cut or makes a low-angle shot look easy. She’s never without a smile on the field and her enthusiasm for the game is contagious as she elicits the biggest cheers from her sideline. We will miss her as she goes on to bigger things outside of lacrosse but we know whatever she does, she will be smiling.
1) What about playing MGLax has been the most meaningful for you?

Our team every year is filled with the most amazing girls and we are so tight knit! I am so lucky to get to spend everyday with all my best friends and have so much fun!

2. What is the one tradition you’ll miss the most?

I am going to miss the DC trips and going to the fish market to celebrate Coach Godby’s birthday

3. If you had to pick one teammate to become the next head coach at MGLax, who would it be and why?

I would pick Kylie .waters_ because she’s awesome at lax and loves the game and because she coaches us sometimes lol. **swipe to see same smile, tinier human**

this week is .waters_ An attacker by any definition- there isn’t much that keeps Kylie from finding the back of the net. The only thing that matches her intensity on the field is her energy and humor with her teammates. Our team braided, our voice always keeping us on track- she is the total package heading to and we can’t wait to see her 🎥 clips.
1. What are you most excited about playing college lacrosse? I’m most excited to be in a brand new environment and meet new people. And obviously just playing lacrosse- I’m excited to see who I become as a person and player throughout this new experience.

2. What was your favorite part of the team trip to dc? Definitely braiding my awesome teammates hair before our games. It’s always my favorite thing to do at home and it’s even more fun crammed in a hotel room, it’s just so lively and happy whenever we are all together .

3. What legacy do you hope to leave behind at MGLax? I hope I can impact those who come after me in many many ways, but most importantly showing that lacrosse is meant to be fun and that’s why I play. I know that players can hold themselves to a perfect standard and when a mistake is made, it can mentally affect them. It’s important to remember your roots and always try and have fun because literally nobody can be perfect.
