The first recipient of the Charles L Maxwell V Memorial Scholarship for the Culinary Arts Javier A.Valcarcel Oquendo. A Senior at Cape Henlopen High School who will be pursuing Culinary Arts at Del Tech. He is a smart, hardworking, polite young man who is well deserving of the Scholarship. He will no doubt make his family proud!!!!

Well the page is officially up and running for the Annual Scholarship!! This year we awarded 700.00 to a wonderful young man who will pursue Culinary Arts at Del Tech. We could not have done this without contributions from amazing people....Puttin on the Ritz Salon in Milton...Fish in OC Kristen and Scott Lenox ...Ranco Construction in South Hampton NJ. and Donnys Mays Landing Inn. Look for Fundraisers and news on the Scholarship!!!!!!
