Welcome to the 2026-27 school year! 🎉📚

On behalf of the Leadership and Administration Team, we are so thrilled to welcome our returning families and extend a warm greeting to all of our new students and parents joining our community this year.

As we open our doors for our second year, we find ourselves looking back with immense gratitude. Year One was about building our foundation, creating traditions, and learning together. Stepping into Year Two feels like coming home to a community that has already grown so strong. We are no longer just starting a journey—we are building a legacy, together.

A new school year brings a blank canvas full of infinite possibilities. Every morning is a chance to discover a new passion, overcome a challenge, and grow a little more than yesterday. Remember: growth doesn't happen overnight, but with curiosity, kindness, and effort, there is no limit to what our students can achieve this year.

Let’s make Year Two our best chapter yet! ✨

So proud of rising 10th grader Oscar and all the hard work he poured into his recent annual piano recital! 🎹✨

Six years of dedicated practice were on full display as he took the stage at his local church. He selected two complex, contrasting pieces that showed off his range and skill: Joe Hisaishi’s "Summer," which radiated a warm, nostalgic energy, and Tchaikovsky’s "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy," which brought a magical, mysterious atmosphere to the room.

Tackling pieces this challenging is a huge test of commitment, and seeing his focus, technique, and musical intuition come together was incredible.

This recital was such a great milestone as he continues preparing for his ABRSM Level 7 examination, working toward his long-term goal of reaching the top performance level. His dedication to mastering the craft keeps inspiring us every single day. 🎼👏

Huge congratulations to rising 9th grader Marya on officially completing her SECOND Full San Francisco Marathon! 🏃‍✨

Finishing 26.2 miles is an incredible feat for anyone, but doing it before even stepping foot into high school shows a truly remarkable level of dedication. Behind that big finish line smile are months of early morning alarms, grueling training schedules, disciplined nutrition, and pure grit.

Marya fought through every adversity on the course and proved what incredible determination looks like. We couldn't be prouder of her hard work and inspiring attitude—she even left her mark on the event wall: "no pain - Marya"!

Rising 10th grader Trina recently shared her passion for music with the preschool students at Stratford School’s MGMP campus! During a fun, interactive session, she introduced preschoolers to the piano, compared reading sheet music to learning a brand-new language, and brought smiles to everyone's faces with a lively performance of “Do-Re-Mi.”

Reflecting on her experience, Trina shared: "I really enjoyed seeing the students’ excitement and enthusiasm. Through this experience, I learned the importance of using demonstrations, repetition, and hands-on activities when teaching young learners! I hope each student gained something meaningful from the session."

A huge thank you to Trina for inspiring our youngest learners! 🎹✨

At the end of the last school year, a discarded lunch tomato made an unknown and unexpected escape into our flower bed.

What started as forgotten "food waste" decided to rewrite its story. Quietly, those tiny seeds took root in the soil. Fast forward through weeks of sunshine, warm breeze, and a little bit of magic...look at it now!

Sometimes the things that get cast aside or overlooked are just waiting for the right moment to bloom. No matter where you land or how unexpected your journey starts, you have everything inside you to grow into something incredible.
