Teacher Appreciation Week Spotlight ✨

Meet Ms. Gloria Beltran, our Kindergarten and First Grade Specialty Teacher at Stratford School Milpitas Great Mall. Ms. Beltran joined the campus this year, and our Stratford School leaders nominated her for her adaptability, hard work, and positive spirit, which have made a meaningful impact on our students and school community.

Throughout the year, Ms. Beltran seamlessly navigated the unique challenge of supporting three different subject areas while also stepping in as a float teacher when needed. As our PE coach, Spanish teacher, and Computer Science instructor, she brought energy, flexibility, and a strong commitment to excellence in every role she took on.

Whether encouraging teamwork and physical wellness, fostering language development, or introducing students to foundational technology skills, Ms. Beltran ensured that each class received the same level of care and quality instruction. We are truly grateful for her dedication and the many ways she has contributed to enriching our program this year. 💛

Our Stratford School leaders nominated Ms. Mandal for this spotlight because she has a unique ability to bring out the best in every student—nurturing both their academic growth and confidence in a thoughtful and caring way.

She has built strong, meaningful connections with families and consistently gives her very best as an educator. Beyond the classroom, Ms. Mandal is also a supportive teammate, actively contributing to school events and strengthening our campus community.
