Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our first day for K-2 is on Wednesday! Here is some information about Arrivals and Dismissals:

Students being delivered to or picked up from school will be dropped off and picked up at our designated parent drop off area of the parking lot by the portables. There will be staff outside to assist in this process.

For the safety of all students, at Milo Elementary, parents are to drop off students at the right entrance loop where children will be met by our staff.
Drivers dropping off or picking up students need to observe the buses with red flashing lights and other buses waiting to drop off or pick up students. Passing a bus with its red lights flashing results in a traffic violation with a fine for the first offense of $250.

Students walking or being dropped off are not to arrive earlier than 7:20 a.m.
Adults are not available to supervise students any earlier than these posted times.
For a one hour delay then students are not to arrive earlier than 8:20 a.m. and a two hour delay means students are not to arrive earlier than 9:20 a.m.

End of the day Parent pick up will be at 2:20 and buses at 2:25

Please send notes in to Ms. Rosie. Please plan ahead for your child’s pick up schedule one week at a time. We will NOT accept last minute changes to your child’s bus schedule on the same day that you want the change. If there is an emergency, please find a neighbor or family member to help with this.

If your child needs to be dismissed early, please call the school ahead of time to let us know. All students being picked up early must be signed out. Please be sure to ring the buzzer when you arrive and someone will meet you at the door to obtain your signature. Remember that late arrivals and early dismissals are counted towards attendance.
