Iron Sharpeneth Iron Iron Sharpeneth Iron Coaching and Career Center pairs technical skills training with high quality life coaching and various weekly support group sessions.

Iron Sharpeneth Iron; a skills training organization that cultivates a fraternal environment that promotes the establishment of relationships that foster support and accountability amongst its members. ISI provides guidance for growth and fulfillment in every area of their being. It is our goal to train members of the community to become stronger, more productive, more positive forces in society.

We challenge our members to live on purpose, with purpose, for a purpose. We offer a variety of services geared towards workforce development, entrepreneurship, apprenticeship and employment related services. Our member transportation service allows us to meet our patrons where they are; onsite or offsite. ISI believes that life goals are best reached with our students in driver’s seat on the road to their best personal development. It is our pleasure to take the journey with you and to illuminate your path towards your purpose. Our center offers several skills training programs that are paired with motivational life coaching and various peer support group sessions. We provide an optimal level of support that enables members to reach a better and more fulfilled level of life.
