Espresso martini

There are two major takeaways when I order this drink, watch the ex*****on from preperation to presentatioin.
1) Will the barrender call it an "Expresso Martini"?
2) The ingredients - keep it simple (there are only 4 -(vodka, coffee liquor, espresso and three beans to garnish unless you want it sweetened if so then just a tad of simple syrup).
