As early childhood educators, we pour our hearts into caring for children every single day. We love them, nurture them, teach them, comfort them, and often care for them as if they were our own. But one of the hardest parts of this profession is when those efforts are met with disrespect, criticism, gossip or lack of appreciation from the very adults we partner with.
