We have our very own natural farm grown babies.
This mama decided that she was not going to stay in the chicken coop and instead she went out and found a place to lay her eggs and hatch them all by herself. She has been raising her babies and taking such good care of them. We are so blessed to have beautiful weather that these babies may have a better chance of surviving. The kids went around today and explored and seen where the babies were hatched from and then we found the babies and gave them some grain, but ultimately Mom took them under a tree where they could scratch and get bugs.
I do love our chicken coop chickens, but it is really cool to watch the wild ones.
