A huge thank you to Huggies and PTO Today for the generous donation of wipes that we were able to gift to our K–2 teachers during Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week! Your support helped us show a little extra love to the amazing educators who do so much for our students every single day. Of course, we had to throw them Back to the 90’s too!

WOW. Just WOW. 🎡
Our hearts are SO full after last night’s AMAZING MPS Spring Carnival and PTO Silent Auction! We cannot say THANK YOU enough to every single person who stopped by our auction, placed bids, shared posts, donated items, or simply cheered us on. The love and support from this community is seriously overwhelming in the BEST possible way!
Two weeks ago, we only had FOUR silent auction donations… FOUR! And thanks to the kindness, generosity, and support of our incredible families, staff, local businesses, and community members, that number grew to TWENTY-EIGHT amazing donations!! 🤯👏
Y’all absolutely showed up for MPS, and we are beyond thankful. Every donation, every bid, and every ounce of support helps us continue doing fun and meaningful things for our students, teachers, and staff. This community continues to amaze us over and over again! ❤️

Okay okay… we KNOW this post is a day late, but after surviving the nonstop hustle of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week AND our silent auction last night… this PTO President was running on pure 90’s soundtrack energy and caffeine fumes! 😴📼☕
BUTTTT… let’s talk about Day 5 of our BACK TO THE 90s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week because it was OFF THE HOOK! 🎉🔥
Yesterday’s theme was “When I Dip, You Dip, We Dip” and whewwww… did we DIP! 🌮🧀💃
Our amazing teachers and staff were treated to a DELICIOUS taco-inspired nacho bar made with love by our very own culinary queen, Principal Natasha Perkins 👑🌟 Seriously… somebody get this woman her own Food Network show!
Huge shoutout to our awesome MPS Admin and MPS PTO for making the whole spread possible — y’all are ALL THAT and a bag of chips! 💥💙
And can we talk about the outfits?! Staff came through lookin’ fresh, fly, and straight outta the 90s in their best throwback gear! 😎📀
Of course, we wrapped up the week with our final Back to the 90’s Trivia Challenge — congratulations to Mrs. Angela Danos for taking home the win!! 🏆👏 Totally da bomb!
What a week it has been! So much fun, laughter, food, nostalgia, and celebrating the incredible teachers and staff who make MPS such an amazing place every single day. We loved every second of it! ✌️💿❤️

Day 4 of our BACK TO THE 90s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week was totally PHAT! ☕🧃😎
Today’s theme was “Sippin’ on {Coffee} and Juice” and our teachers and staff were straight chillin’ in their comfy PJs while enjoying the ultimate throwback breakfast spread! 🥯🍓☕
Everyone was treated to a delicious Panera bagel bar, a fresh fruit bar, and ALL the coffee and juice you could drink — and it was truly the breakfast of 90s champions! 🎶✨
Huge shoutout to ALL MEMPHIS for helping make today possible! You guys are da bomb dot com! 💥💙
Our staff rolled into breakfast lookin’ cozy, comfy, and cooler than Zack Morris on a timeout call 📺😂
And of course, the competition stayed fierce with our Back to the 90’s Trivia Challenge — congratulations to today’s winner, Nurse Michele Harkness!! 🏆👏 You totally know your stuff!

Day 3 of our BACK TO THE 90s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week had us like… TELL ME WHY?! 🎶💿
Today’s theme was “I Want It That Way” and our staff did NOT miss a beat! From iconic boy band fits to fab girl group vibes, everyone showed up lookin’ like they just stepped out of a TRL countdown! 😎✨
Our PTO totally brought the hype with a DIY Lanyard Bar, and it was a smash hit! Teachers and staff got to design their own fly creations — talk about style with personality! 🎨📿
Major, MAJOR shoutout to our rad volunteers, Mr. & Mrs. Juncos, for coming through and helping make it all happen — you guys are the real MVPs! 🙌💙
And of course, the competition is heating up with our Back to the 90’s Trivia Challenge… big props to today’s winner, Ms. Megan Vaughn!! 🏆👏 You’re larger than life!
This week is seriously off the hook — we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! Stay tuned… it’s gonna be all that! ✌️📼

Day 2 of our BACK TO THE 90s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week was straight 🔥… or should we say ICE COLD! 🧊😎
Today’s theme was “Ice Ice Baby” and we were chillin’ in the BEST way! Every teacher, staff member, and even some of our awesome PTO volunteers got treated to the coolest surprise — delicious, icy Mempops served up right from their mobile push cart set up in the lounge! 🍧💙
Major shoutout to Mempops — Cooper and Meagan were totally rad and made the whole experience a blast!
Our staff came through lookin’ fresh in their icy cool outfits — talk about style that’s da bomb! ❄️✨
And of course, we kept the fun going with our Back to the 90’s Trivia Challenge… big congrats to today’s winner, Mrs. Jessica Leggett!! 🏆👏 You’re all that!
This week just keeps getting better and better — can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! Stay fly! ✌️📼

We kicked off our BACK TO THE 90’s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week today and OMG… it was ALL THAT and a bag of chips!! 🎉💿
Today’s theme was “Oh. My. God. Becky. Look at her BUNDT!” and we totally delivered! Our amazing teachers and staff were treated to Nothing Bundt Cakes, bundtinis (YUM!) and showed up rockin’ their best 90s vibes — we’re talking backwards outfits, throwback style, and major nostalgia feels! 😎
We also launched our Daily Back to the 90’s Trivia Challenge, and shoutout to today’s winner… Mrs. Stevenson!! 🏆👏 You go, girl!
If today was any clue, this week is gonna be DA BOMB 💥 We seriously can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! Stay tuned… it’s gonna be fly! ✌️📼
