Hello, friends! 💜 We have added a pop up yoga tonight, Tuesday March 18, at 4pm! 🗓️ .
🌺 Our friend Bertha is visiting from Polanco, Mexico City and is departing tomorrow! ✈️ ☀️ So we added a special class for her! 🧘🏻‍♀️
***Also, she’s going to be coordinating the next retreat with us! 🏝️ .
Please join us for an afternoon pre Solstice session, with warmth, controlled breath and fun poses! . No pressure, ever, just lay down on your mat if you like or add triple chattarungas! No worries 🍃
Yoga is followed by adult tap at 5:30pm 💫 .
