EcoAdventures is an Education, Enrichment, and Conservation organization located in Millersville, Maryland that offers hands-on ecological education to people of all ages. Owned by National Geographic herpetologist, Dr. Brady Barr, and marine biologist, Mei Len Sanchez Barr, EcoAdventures offers many enriching programs at our 3800 square foot facility where our guests experience the sounds and sights of our simulated rainforest and our mysterious underwater cave discovery room.

One question I get all the time is how can my middle school/high schooler get involved at Eco adventures? The answer is we have a thriving Teen Mentorship Program that meets Wednesday evenings during the school year from 5 to 6:30 PM. The teens learn valuable hands-on skills during these classes that gives them the training they need to be volunteers here in the future. We are so grateful for our volunteers and they are a valuable part of what makes Eco Adventures so great. You’ve see our teens at summer camp, special events, and on Eco travel trips! Come and be a part of this special group of teen. Registration for fall TMP classes is live on our website Ecoadventure.org.

These classes create immersive, hands-on experiences for your homeschoolers with new lessons, crafts, activities, and of course animal interactions every week!
