Very proud of one of our own to be featured.

Uprety is the vice president of ASIA, treasurer of AFC, executive board member of Millersville Concerned Women, a member of TRI-ALPHA and a peer mentor for the College assistant migrant program. Her favorite classes so far have been her social work classes. “I have been learning about myself and my skills, strengths and weaknesses,” says Uprety. Her favorite place on campus is the pond. She enjoys reading, writing, painting and making blog videos. After graduation, Uprety plans teach English in other countries as well as work with refugees here in the United States. Her favorite quote is “Good Better Best, never let it rest, until the good is better and the better is the best.”
