As part of the Archives’s efforts to engage our community with historical research, we’re leading a small group of Millersville students to visit the For the Peoples: Native Voices & Beyond symposium in Carlisle, Pennsylvania! We’re learning all about Lancaster’s Indigenous past and present, among many other interesting, important, and powerful topics!

Archives & Special Collections recently partnered with the Digital Library of Amateur Radio & Communications, funded by Amateur Radio Digital Communications and hosted on the Internet Archive, to digitize and make accessible early records from WIXQ FM and its precursor, WMSR AM. Our Archivist, Frank, just published an article in the InterAgency Journal, published by the Arthur D. Simons Center for Ethical Leadership and Interagency Cooperation! The article, co-authored with Dr. Reznick at the National Library of Medicine (NLM), discusses how federal grant-making agencies and research libraries can partner to further their shared goals and enhance their public impact.
