Mr. Stephen Warner's birthday is this weekend and the 7/8th grade band didn't get to see him today due to the schedule change. So we recorded him a little message! Thanks for everything you do for us Mr. Warner, these kids absolutely love having you involved with the band!!

(And just so you all know, the kids received the music for this literally 3 minutes before we recorded the video! Pretty good for some sightreading! 😆)

Thankful for our Veterans today as we celebrate with our Veteran's Day Assembly. All of our amazing band students, grades 6-12 performed and did such a great job! Over half the students in this group are brand new to band, but have worked so incredibly hard to put on today's performance. We are so proud of them! The Christmas concert is right around the corner!!

Today we were busting at the seams for our mass rehearsal! All of our band kids, grades 6-12 are playing together and they are doing an amazing job! Here is a sneak peak, full thing to come at the Veteran's Day Assembly on Tuesday! 🎶 It's always a great day to make music!

With the performance of our memorial day parade today means that is a wrap on the 24/25 school year! Thankful for these hardworking kids!

A great day spent with great kids! Even if it rained a bit, we had a blast!!

So incredibly proud of these kids. We haven't been to large group since before Covid. Our tiny band of 20 worked so hard to be able to go this year. I am most proud of the fact that every kid showed up, and played their absolute best. The score doesn't matter, being able to make great music with these kids is everything!

Congratulations to Ellen Bruckelmeyer as she got a superior rating on her Class A piano solo today at Pickerington North's Solo and Ensemble event! She worked incredibly hard on this solo and is such a wonderful addition to our music program! Way to go Ellen! We are so proud of you!
