What an incredible show to round out our 2026 concert season with! We had beautiful weather and a SOLD OUT crowd welcoming Don Jovi to our DeSoto Amphitheater stage last night 🤩 As always, we hope everyone had a blast and can't wait to do it all again next year!

Massive thank you to MI Windows and Doors and The Foundation for Enhancing Communities for being our Season Sponsors this year and special thanks to UPMC and Amy & Andrew Romberger for being last night's Show Sponsors! We'd also like to thank Aaron Maurer and Clear Cut Professional Audio Services for such phenomenal work throughout the concert season. Each band sounded tremendous! **VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES!**

Join us for an exciting evening in the woods as we host our annual Tröegs + NSCNA Rugged Trail 5k Run! Volunteers are essential to the success of this high-energy fundraiser, which draws over 200 participants plus spectators, vendors, and staff—all in support of the Center’s conservation work and trail maintenance.

Where: The Ned Smith Center
When: Saturday, September 19 (race starts at 5 PM)

We need helping hands for a variety of roles, including: registration & check-in, water station attendants, trail guides & cheering squads, parking assistants, set-up and clean-up crews, and food/beverage support.

Why volunteer?
You'll be part of a dynamic outdoor event in a stunning woodland setting with 9+ miles of trails, scenic views, and a fun post-race celebration featuring live music by Deep Space 90s, Tröegs beer, pizza, and snacks. It’s a great way to meet fellow nature lovers, support a worthy cause, and enjoy the vibrant energy of race day!

All ages welcome. Shifts available before, during, and after the race.

We are officially ONE MONTH AWAY from our 11th Annual Tröegs + NSCNA Rugged Trail 5k Run for Conservation!

Join us here at the Ned Smith Center on Sept. 19 to run for a great cause and enjoy Tröegs beer brewed specially for the event, live music by Deep Space 90s, food and refreshments including DB's Pizzeria & Pub, and activities for the whole family sponsored by the Northern Dauphin County YMCA!

There are two routes available: the beginner/walker-friendly Hopback Trail, or the Rugged Trail with more challenging terrain and elevation gain!

Open to all ages. $50/runner, FREE for spectators! Race starts at 5 PM and the afterparty will begin at 5:30! 🥳

Proud is an understatement!

Our AmeriCorps members received two of the four highest honor annual awards by CORE Susquehanna AmeriCorps today: Connor won Summer Member of the Year and Jayden won Member of the Year!

How lucky were we to have such amazing, hardworking teammates??
