How sad it is when we tarnish our testimony by the words that come out of our mouths. If God lives in our hearts, hateful, bitter words should never be spoken. Think before you speak! Be uplifting to those around you ... do not beat them down ... God's love needs to be shared with everyone!

Verse of the Day!!!

When you allow the Lord to be the Lord of your life....people notice. The Lord was noticed in Daniel's life and the earthly king rewarded him. If Daniel's spirit was not godly, his testimony would have been tarnished. Let the Spirit of the Lord be noticed in your life and let your testimony be a witness to those around you!!!

This week our scriptures have been about people in the Bible who were facing an obvious death. The three Hebrew children, Jonah, Daniel and David. Today, we are the people facing an obvious eternal death if we do not accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. If you are not saved, please seek out the Lord, pray for forgiveness and salvation. Do not face an eternal death in Hell where the flame never dies!!

Regardless of what you are facing, God will deliver you!! A fiery furnace should have meant the end of the three Hebrew children...but it didn't!! It was an opportunity to show their faith. Their faith showed the King that they would not bow or serve any other god. God delivered them ... he can deliver you too!!

We all hide the light that Jesus provides us at some point and time in our lives. Make it a goal that each day, we do not hide his light. Make it a goal each day that we share his light with everyone we come in contact with. We may be the only light that some people see or experience.
