Schedule Update!!

And next week…
May 26 - Zumba with Crystal (we’re giving the weights some rest and having a dance party)
May 28 - Zumba with Des (as usual)

TONIGHT! 👀 That’s right, Thursday night-
Our 5:30 PM Zumba class will be taking a short break this week. Jump in with Knockout Training instead for an energizing workout!

Friday | 05/22
Mixing things up at 9:00 AM!
Weighted Pilates will be on the schedule in place of BodyPump. Join Marly for a killer total body workout!

March is here and so is our 🔥 NEW Group Fitness Schedule at Bodyplex!

We’re kicking it off with something FUN…

💃 Zumba + Lift starts TOMORROW (Tuesday) at 5:30 PM!

What’s the difference?
• Zumba = nonstop cardio dance party 🎶
• Zumba + Lift = dance cardio + dedicated strength training segments using weights 💪 (and yes, the instructor uses a microphone so you won’t miss a beat!)

If you love Zumba but want to build muscle and burn even more calories, this class is for YOU.

January Challenge: Creating Healthy Habits 👟✨

This month is all about building consistency, not perfection.
You’ll commit to ONE step challenge for the entire month of January.

Choose Your Challenge:
• Challenge 1: Average 8,000 steps/day
• Challenge 2: Average 9,000 steps/day
• Challenge 3: Average 10,000 steps/day

👉 Pick the level that feels challenging but realistic for you.

DM me if you want to join the group for accountability or you can fly solo if that works for you

How to Participate:
• Use any step tracker (phone, watch, Fitbit, etc.)
• Take a screenshot of your steps each day
• Post your screenshot in the group for accountability

This is about showing up, creating healthy habits, and staying consistent.
No pressure—just commitment.
